Ryder made his first Christmas ornament this year (excluding paper cut-outs with glitter/glue/stickers/etc)! At his one-day-a-week daycare, they made ornaments using pipe cleaners in a borax solution. The children were given a straight pipe cleaner on a paperclip, and told to make it any shape. Because he only attends one day a week, the teacher sent the whole jar home, with the instructions to wait one day, then remove it.

Ryder was so proud to show off his ornament, once it was dry. He selected the spot on the tree where it should hang - a spot that is easily seen as you walk down the hall, toward the tree.

The ornament is very sturdy (not like sugar crystal ones), so I am going to try to save it! If it doesn't work, I have lots of pictures to remember it.
