It's HERE!!!

We have been eagerly checking the mail every day since Tuesday, 11/22/2011.  On the prior Saturday, I texted EJ (Kevin Harvick's PR person) to thank (and remind!) her for getting Jarrett's Birth Certificate and picture autographed by Dale Jarrett at the last race (11/20) of the season in Homestead, Florida.  She responded, stating that she had given it to Jamie Little (see here for reference), who would be getting it autographed, and would return it to EJ to mail back to us.

I decided to wait 2 weeks before sending EJ another text.

And, today, 11 days after the race, the envelope arrived in the mail!!!

Unfortunately, the Birth Certificate was signed in a different spot, and the picture was returned without an autograph.  But - the BIRTH CERTIFICATE was SIGNED!!!  We couldn't be more excited!  And, clearly Jamie Little will never be reading this blog, but I'm so grateful to her for being willing to go above and beyond to help us out!
