New Years Eve . 2011

With three children, age 2 and under, we made zero plans this year for New Years Eve.  We changed the boys into their (matching!) jammies immediately after dinner, and sat down to watch Lion King together (recently purchased for just $8!).

Ryder was surprisingly fascinated with the movie, and absolutely loved the introduction - all of the animals gathering for the new-cub-presentation ceremony, with music in the background.  He has since requested to watch the movie again, by making an elephant noise and sign, and dancing.

Harvick and Jarrett only sat watching the movie for a few minutes, before the temptation of playing with toys/crawling around took over!

In the end, our night was perfect.  Some relaxed time with our boys was the best way to end such a crazy (and busy!) year!

As we look forward to 2012, Patrick and I are excited to spend as much time with our growing-too-fast boys as possible.  We want to enjoy every minute of our crazy busy hectic lives!  Time really does fly with children.
