17 pounds, 10 ounces (Harvick)
17 pounds, 8 ounces (Jarrett)
(Compare to Ryder at 23 Weeks)
Harvick and Jarrett have become rather drooly in the past week or so. It would seem as though they might be teething . . . but, no signs of teeth poking through the gums yet. Ryder went through a similar stage at 5-6 months, and didn't end up getting his first tooth until he was 9 months old.
Both boys continue to spend more and more time in their Bumbos, and are sitting up on their own for brief amounts of time (both boys fall forward within a few seconds).

Harvick Update: Harvick was fitted for his helmet on Wednesday. We were given a schedule of how many hours to have the helmet on and off in order to introduce it to him slowly. By Monday, he will be wearing it 23 hours/day. The exact length he will wear it remains unknown - it will depend on his head growth - but, it is still estimated that it will be about 3 months.
Hanging out together in their Bumbos the night Harvick got his helmet. (Jarrett on the left, Harvick (duh!) on the right - I'm still going to distinguish them so that I stay in the habit!) |
